Tim McDonnell was born on October 7th in Howth, Co.Dublin, Ireland. In Ireland as an actor he featured in a number of films such as Leopard (2013); How To Be Happy (2013); Maisey (2014) as well as starring in, producing & co-writing DogEatDog (2015) along with his brother, director, Gavin McDonnell. Tim also works extensively with the charity SightSavers in Developing countries in SubSaharan Africa & Bangladesh and has recently returned from shooting a documentary in Mozambique. Tim is also a volunteer Search & Rescue Medic with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution with over 13 years experience & currently active on The Thames River in London.
